Introduction The evolution of hornet itself has evolved into humans and it did not stop here. Similarly the same goes with jobs. Jobs that we are working today may be automated tomorrow. We must able to adopt it and work on with the globalization. This is no joke anymore. Companies out there are trying to automate most of their works on a single shot of money where they can increase their productivity. This is why the richer becomes more richer and the poorer becomes more poorer. According to the survey by the FYA(Foundation of young Australian) "Nearly 60% of the people are currently trained for the job that will be 2/3 rd automated in the next 10-15 yrs".
