The Von Restored Effect(Use colors that attract persons while planning/creating flowchart)
When the boss provides an employee with a series of tasks and highlights some of them without saying what should be done at first and following on that person will tend to do the highlighted one even though nothing is prioritized.
People do this because isolation creates importance and urgency, If something differs in size, shape or color we assume it is more significant than everything around it, So the next time you delegate responsibility or just making a grocery list, find ways to isolate your priorities.
Guilt Bomb the manipulators
Manipulation is a skill against weaker mind and not a people skill
In every field, some experienced persons will develop the skill in manipulating and thus reach a respectable position. The reality being tackled by manipulation without realizing they've been manipulated is a fatal task. They will use the scapegoat strategy. A mental projection.
Projection is the manipulators defense mechanism, A hallmark for them. They categorically refuse to admit or even perceive their own faults, cannot take responsibility for their actions. So they can do and say anything and everything to avoid being held responsible. This is where the mental projection comes in: The person with the negative behavior, rather than admitting it, will shift the responsibility and assign it to someone else. Basically it's as if this burden is too hard for them to bear and they are throwing everything back at you and blaming you! It is a reaction that allows the manipulator to let go of his guilt and an unconscious shame of themselves. We must not forgot that these people are often sick of themselves.
A victim is affected by them and becomes one of their training bag when ever they need to unload their emotional loads. The latter thus avoids having to encumber himself with a sense of responsibility and a sense of morality. For this, he or she will need their victim to take this responsibility on them and especially when they feels the very guilty, experience shame to reassure.
Concretely, a person with a mythomaniac tendency will accuse you of lying and disguising reality. A women who experience a pathological feeling of dependence and jealousy may accuse her husband of holding onto her too much and suffocates him. A co-worker will say that you are inefficient and you are useless, to justify his own drop in productivity.
